There are definitions, guidelines, procedures and responsibilities in these laws that outline responsibilities and liabilities set forth by Occupational Health and Safety. These guidelines are set for the protection of contractors, employees, employers, customer and the general public. It is not only us that needs to follow these laws, but our clients as well. We make things easy by protecting you from the liability of having an accident on your home or worksite. We are doing this by building a company culture built on the premise that people are important and safety is crucial in showing this. One example is that all competent Invisible Windows Employees are adequately qualified, suitably trained and come with sufficient experience to safely perform their given tasks based on our typical work scope. Training for us is an ongoing process and documented to ensure not only ourselves but our customers are covered in the case of an incident or investigation. From our full day in class orientation, to our 2 month supervised hands on training, to 3rd party Standard First Aid, WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), CSTS, Fall Protection, SPRAT (Society of Rope Access Technician) and much more and Invisible Windows is a leader in our industry for workplace Safety. We are COR certified through the Alberta Construction Safety Association and carry $5,000,000 business liability insurance.
